Return Policy
We are making sure that you are completely satisfied with what you buy! When it is not just right, you can have 7 days starting on the day your order is received to tell us that you want to return it.
What We Need for Returns
We only require some few things to process your return smoothly.
- The product must be in its unused state and in the condition in which you got it.
- Retain such tags and leave it in its original packaging.
- Are you carrying your receipt or order confirmation?
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at support@xcitestaminauae.com and we will guide you on it! After we accept your return we will send you a prepaid shipping label and explicit instructions on where to mail your package.
Quick heads-up: If you are returning items, do not send them before calling us, we will not be able to take the unauthorized returns.
Received Something Wrong or Damaged?
We are very sorry that that was the case! You have to check your order as soon as it arrives, and in case anything is wrong, defective, or otherwise, contact us immediately at support@xcitestaminauae.com and we will take care of it, that is a promise.
Items We Can’t Accept Back
We cannot take a safety and hygiene stand on returns on:
- Opened or used products: Once a product is unsealed, opened, or used, meaning it was used as a cream, spray, oil, gel, tablet, or any other thing, then we cannot take it back. We also accept the hygiene and safety of the items being unopened and unused.
- Ordered or tailor made orders: In case an order was altered, or tailor-made, or assembled into some special pack or bulk order, it may not be returned.
In case you do not know whether what you bought should be returned in accordance with these rules, you can contact us, and we will be happy to explain it.
Want to Exchange Something?
The fastest method is to take back the one you have and when we have processed that order another order of what you want should be made. In this manner, you will receive your new thing much quicker!
About Your Refund
When you send your return back to us, we will check it out and we will also send you an email to tell you whether you will get the refund or not. In the event everything is fine, you will be refunded to the same method you used to pay within 10 working days.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might need a few extra days to show the refund in your account.
